wow, the views were very nice from the hotel. i loved the breakfast selection, it had many options. i really enjoyed the club sandwich from the snack menu, it was very good. i also thought the dinner menu was super!

kitchen noiseearly cleaning
My room was located close to the kitchen, i heard loud noises from 9 pm to 11 pm as i tried to sleep. when i returned around 4:30 am, a blackout prevented me from opening the entrance door. i found out the person in charge during the night patrols the 3rd floor (that's helpful). cleaning staff started moving furniture loudly at 8 am. They did not respect guests. (do they expect guests to ask for a room change after all that?)

i enjoyed very much the excellent breakfast buffet that includes a good selection. having a rental car, i found the location convenient. it was easy to get to the town with the regularly scheduled shuttle.
I think that the soap dispensers position was a problem. they were high in the bathroom. So it was uncomfortable to reach. the soap dripped everywhere after using it.

the staff provided really good service. i found the shuttle service efficient as it allowed easy access to the nearby town. i enjoyed the complimentary mini bus service for convenient transportation.
the soap dispensers in the bathroom were placed too high, made them uncomfortable to use. this also caused soap to drip everywhere after each use. this could be easily rectified for a better guest experience.

broken air conditioningmosquito problem
The air conditioning didn't work properly. There were SO many mosquitoes that opening the window was out of the question. They expected me to call the night reception in the middle of the night, ridiculous. The staff at the reception in the morning didn't listen to my complaints at all (seriously, not at ALL).
